Resilience Secret #1 - "Do something you enjoy, every day"

Task One:  Make a list

Get a sheet of paper, a pen or pencil then quickly make a list of at least 20 things you like to do. They can be as short or long as you want.  This is a bit sad, but most people run out of activities at about the number 10. But you can do better than that, can't you? If you want to become a resilient person, you need to add to your list of things you enjoy. 

Here’s some suggestions to get you started: 
  • Go to a movie
  • Go for a walk
  • Weed the garden
  • Take your dog to the park
