"Information is the seed for an idea, and only grows when it's watered"


Information is the seed thought for an idea.  Thoughts are like seeds, when planted into your mind will result in some sort of action... 

The process of planting seed thoughts into your subconscious mind is equivalent to planting seeds in the soil.  Provide the seed with receptive fertile soil, a healthy growing environment and the seed will produce the desired fruits. But consider this, a tomato seed will produce only tomato. Seed thoughts of health will produce health. Depressing seed thoughts will produce depression.  Seed thoughts of anxiety will produce anxiety. 


This is also true when the seeds of ideas are planted into the subconscious mind. If planting unhealthy seed thoughts, these will eventually influence you in your day to day activities.  When planting new seeds, there has to be a certain amount of matching, some receptiveness, some agreement to the ideas, otherwise the idea will be rejected and won't grow, won't produce the desired fruits. 


Perhaps the problem is that you've just been watering the WRONG seeds!

What Hypnotherapy allows you to do is switch the seeds!  You can also weed the garden, removing the unwanted, negative seeds (habits) and plant desired, positive seeds (new behaviours) in an environment which is productive for growth, so that you get the desired fruits (results).

My job as your hypnotherapist is to switch the seeds. Your job is to water the good seeds and help them grow.  It’s that simple.
